Potted Cattleya Orchid Plants

These are hybrids produced from seed to bloom by 100% by our nursery here in Encinitas, Ca. Since these plants are produced by seed, no two plants are exact clones unless they have been propagated via bulb division or tissue culture. We choose parents of the cultivars that have vigorous growing habits, strong perfume-like fragrances, bold coral colors and grow strong in our Southern California climate. You will only find these unique one-of-a-kind orchids at our nursery in Encinitas. The pictures to follow show the current selection of plants available for sale.

$20.00 - $45.00+ each (tax inc.)

Potted Phalaenopsis Orchids

Our Phalaenopsis orchids are produced either via seed or by division propagation. Our hybrid Phalaenopsis from seed are bred with parents that have strong growth and bloom habits year round, branching capabilities of the flower stems and producing flower stems that will produce blooms 3-4 months with the proper care. We highly suggest growing these orchids indoors year round, water about once a week allowing the soil to start to dry before each watering, and USE FERTILIZER (in all our years of retailing and consulting with orchids and plants in general, fertilizer is usually the most over looked factor that will greatly optimize the plants performance).

$15.00-$25.00 each (tax inc.)

2" Assorted Succulents

The reason we are able to sell our 2” succulents at $1 each is because we do not source them out from another grower, all of our cuttings are grown, produced, processed, planted and rooted at our nursery from the cutting stage all the way up to final sale to the consumer. The downfall to solely producing our own succulents is sometimes we are limited from having the latest varieties. We ensure that all of our plants sold are well rooted, put through our pest management program to protect being attacked by unwanted pest while not affecting beneficial ones, hardened off to the proper amount of light to help promote color and avoiding any blemishing from sunburning. Our succulents are divided into two areas, the outdoor and indoor varieties. The outdoor varieties will typically want a finally location that receives at least 2-3 hours of direct sunlight each day to maintain their red coloring, which essentially is like their version of having a tan. Conversely, the indoor succulents want final destination that receives bright, but filtered sunlight. We grow well over 50 different varieties of succulents and the selection is always changing depending on what’s in rotation. The following pictures will give an idea as to what’s available.
